Cant join some of the servers

Hello hope you having a good day,
Yesterday something happened and im unable to join some of the servers.
Tried everything, router setting is 1500mtu ports are open for the server.
contacted server admin we even swapped the ports of his test server and despite the fact it has same mods etc i was able to join the test envoirement but not the real one.
somehow the client refuses to get in contact with server.

While we haven’t found any errors in the shared log, could you please provide more information about the issue?
Are other players experiencing the same issue?
Do you have a VPN active? If so, please disable it along with your antivirus/firewall (temporarily). Then, try to join the server again. You can also attempt to connect the server via direct-connect in-game.
If the issue persists and in case you’re using Wi-Fi, consider connecting to your router via cable. Additionally, try restarting the game and your router after turning them off for a short while.
Please ensure your network drivers are updated as well.
If the issue continues, please send us both your/client log and the server host log files from the time the issue occurred.
