Cannot use Welder on ship
Hello,
I have run into a problem where I am not able to use the welder tools on ships consistently.
(Some blocks on my base it will work to 100%, others will not even start the process, others it starts but then stops along the way.)
I am able to move inventory into the welder just fine, so its not a conveyor size issue (its a small block welder ship).
I am attaching a save to hopefully allow someone else to sanity check me. The welder ship is positioned right at a wind turbine, and the welder ship should have the materials to begin welding. However, selecting the welding tool in the hotbar, does not weld. (The welder tool block turns the red rings on, but the wind turbine is not being built.)
This world does not use any scripts, and its an otherwise vanilla SE install. (I did have to up the PCU limit, and experimental is on to use share inertia.)

We've successfully reproduced the issue you've described. We've added your report to our internal system. It seems like the Wind Turbine block can be welded if you navigate the ship with welder closer to the base and the block it's connected to.
