Laser Antennas and Broadcast Controllers don't work (PC)

Hello,
I noticed that Broadcast Controller don't work with Laser Antennas, just regular Antennas.
Even when connected via Laser Antennas the Messages of the Broadcast Controller do not show up in chat, just when in range of it's normal Antenna.
I made a Vanilla Test world to show off my problem.
PS: The Submit Bug button for SE2 is the exact same as the one for SE1, except for the link.

Thank you for reporting the issue. We are aware of it and the problem with broadcast controllers not working properly this way with laser antennas should be fixed in the next update.

Actually I have the feeling there is something more not working correctly with the broadcast controller.
My Situation:
I installed a Broadcast controller (BC), a defensive KI, a timer block and a sound block on a station grid on earth planet. Of course an Antenna too. (The "smaller" version, Compact Antenna from DLC). Everything Large Grid. Also, of course, the "use antenna" button in BC is enabled.
Intention:
If the defensive KI notices an enemy, it will send a warning sound and also a chat message using the broadcast controller.
Result:
The sound appears, but no message in chat. It doesn't matter if I set the action directly in the defensive KI or route it via Timer Block. The result is the same: Sound block is triggered, chate message doesn't work.
If I press the "send message" directly in the BC (direktly touching it or remote from somwhere else), it works. Well ... I just can make it "send a ransom message" since I can't manually choose a message in terminal.
I also installed an additionally "classic" Antenna. Doesn't change anything. I don't get any message on chat.
I hope you can reproduce this issue and find a fix for this. Would be great to see this working :-)
