Can only place a small reactor when trying to place hydrogen engine

When holding a hydrogen engine in hand, the hologram image is of a small reactor, and building will place a small reactor instead of an engine. I have restarted, cleared toolbars, placed them on different grids. I'm using ore pickup 657749341, archeum buildinfo 514062285, leak finder 3170315974, modular encounters 1521905890, text api 758597413, tiered tech 1682499145, and production quota 2304715504. can you please let me know if you are experiencing the same problem in vanilla (no mods) game?
To do so, please run completely new game without any mods and try to replicate this problem.
If you can, please share me a video of this problem happening you your side.
It might also be good idea to share me the affected save file, where you can reproduce this problem.
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
