Server lag and rubberbanding

Hello, I have recently started hosting a server for space engineers and I am experiencing unplayable levels of lag. No one else is experiencing this lag, and their actions register immediately for me. Does anyone know of any fixes? I have tried everything the server provider has suggested and no dice.

Can you please provide me more information on the subject?
So you are running/hosting the server using some kind of 3rd party? Or are you experiencing the same problem also when running the server (either Lobby MP or dedicated server) using the native game's app in Steam/in the game?
Can you please show me what exactly is happening on your side by sharing me a video?
You might want to try our general workarounds:
If nothing will help you, can you please share me logs, both - from your game and from the server itself?
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: "\Roaming\SpaceEngineers" for game logs, and the server files are normally stored in "\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated", but it may warry in this situation. If not sure where the server logs are, please contact the server provider.
