Small Grid, Large Flat Atmospheric Thruster D Shape collisions are too big.

Honestly what it says on the tin, specifically the one version of the D-shaped Flatmo Thruster, has collisions bigger than they should be. Out of the entire Flat Atmo set, it is specifically the 3x3x2, small grid, D Shape thruster.
I want to use the thruster so badly for a vectoring VTOL thing, but can't, because the collisions make it impossible to set it up how I want. The setup works on Large Grid just fine,
but small grid, no dice.
