Could you please let us know more about the issue? Are you playing in Single Player or Multiplayer? Are you using any mods or are any mods present on the server?
Are you able to use the keyboard to control the player character outside of the ship?
Could you please let us know more about the ship you're using, does it have autopilot or AI blocks on it?
