I would like to receive newsletters, and get a new steam cabin, the website with the mailing list connection does not work for some reason

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum. Has this issue been resolved, and have you received the Flush Cockpit (the gift for subscribing to the Keen Newsletter)?

If not, could you confirm whether you have received the welcome email regarding the newsletter sign-up at the email address you provided? If you haven’t received it, we kindly request you to try subscribing to the newsletter from within the game once more. After doing so, please wait for approximately 15–20 minutes and check if the Flush Cockpit becomes available in your game.

If you still don’t see the cockpit after following these steps, please let us know.

There is no new cook pit in the game. The game was purchased on steam

Hello engineer,

Thank you for sharing the update.

This issue can often be resolved by deleting your SpaceEngineers.cfg file and resubscribing for the newsletter.

To delete your config file, please follow these steps:

  • It means your game configuration will be deleted
  • You can access your SpaceEngineers.cfg by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

After deleting the file, launch the game and resubscribe for the newsletter. Wait for a few minutes and check if the "Flush Cockpit" is now available in your game.
