About an error in receiving an item by subscription

Good afternoon. When I entered the game, I found the "subscribe to news" button, after which I was supposed to receive a prize in the form of a cockpit item, but after 2-3 attempts this did not happen, although an email message about the subscription was received. Steam Account: rendal_wolf

Hello engineer,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.

This issue can often be resolved by deleting your SpaceEngineers.cfg file and resubscribing for the newsletter.

To delete your config file, please follow these steps:

  • It means your game configuration will be deleted
  • You can access your SpaceEngineers.cfg by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

After deleting the config file, launch the game and resubscribe for the newsletter. Please wait for a few minutes (approximately 15-20 minutes as the game may take some time to process the request). Once done, check if the 'Flush Cockpit' becomes available in your game.

If you still don’t see the cockpit after following these steps, please let us know.
