Store and Contracts UI is unusable in dual 16:9 resolution

When playing in dual 16:9 resolution (5120x1440) the UI for the store and contracts is unusable. Some of the UI buttons cannot be pressed and the scale is messed up. Changing UI scale does not help.
I have included screen shots of the same save in both 16:9 and Dual 16:9 for reference.
