NPCs cant place DLC
Need More Information
I built a ship in a single player world that welds up and deploys drone for defense, but when I transfer the ship to an NPC faction (SPRT, FTCM, ect...) to test it the welders place everything without any DLC paint and can't place DLC blocks.

Can you please share us accurate steps to reproduce and some of the affected blueprints?
If you can reproduce this problem steadily on a single world, it would be best to provide the full save of that affected world, with e.g. some of the affected grids already there etc.
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
Or if this problem is not dependent on the save and you are able to reproduce it even in different worlds, can you please share us the blueprints, along with the steps to reproduce?

-Spawn the ship in,

-Move in to the open hanger on the side of the ship,
-The ship will attempt to launch and then reweld drones, but the drones will not use the DLC Blocks or paints.
