Hello James,
When you're in the #Help-for-official-servers channel on Discord, type @ and then start typing OGSA you will see a golden Official Game Server Admin tag appear. Click on it and type your request/question. This will notify the server admins about your message, and they will respond to you there.

Yeah one of them reached out already. They say I was raided. So I'm starting a new base out in space on a different server.
