Hello Oliver,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.

As you mentioned having MODs in the world save that crashed, it is quite possible that the MODs contributed to or caused the crash. Could you please try removing any MODs that are obsolete or broken? You can review player feedback on the Steam Workshop page of the respective MODs to identify such issues. After removing these MODs, check if the issue still occurs.

Please note that we don't provide support for MODs, as it is the responsibility of the MOD creators to ensure their MODs are compatible with the latest version of the game.

Additionally, could you check if the issue persists in an unmodded world (with no active MODs)? If the issue continues, please send us the log file from the time the crash occurred in the unmodded/vanilla world.

  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

Kind regards,
