Only diagonal controler movement
Won't Fix
I am able to only move diagonally while using a controller and not in a straight line. Already reset all settings. Issue is in no other game and happens with every controller i use

Could you please specify which controller you are using? Space Engineers officially supports Xbox One and Xbox Series X controllers on PC.
