Event controller powered with no power.

So situation is: playing on Keen EU2 server no mods.

Built a rover. Set up Event Controller on cockpit occupied feature to turn everything off when I leave cockpit, and turn back on when I enter the cockpit.

Left Event Controller on and grouped everything what consumes power (except cockpit, witch has no on/off option) together with battery's and H2 engines.

At least that was my idea of set up..

But it should have not worked, cos next time I get in, Event Controller should be not powered, cos there is nothing on, that provide power to it. And should not turn everything back on.

Event Controller draws (small block) 0.5kW of power if I not mistaken.

But it worked (was happy with my set up and was not aware of my mistake at the time, that it should have not worked) as Event Controller had unlimited internal power by it self...

But, if you turn it on and off, it starts to work normally (I think, not 100% sure on that), or if you log out and log back in also starts to work normally. It might be if you get out of rendering distance and come back, it also starts to work normally but it's a guess. I think so, cos I believe that what first happened to me (when it started to work normally and I noticed that my idea was not good).

It seems Event Controller block is somehow desynchronized when you first build it on servers... I had many problems with other operating features, witch I won't mention in this bug report, cos I can't explain them at this time.

Failed to mention in video, that Event Controller's little screen should be red in color if turned off or out of power situation. Bug video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxzcAmrrv7I
