All the planets from sandbox are missing

Hi is the Star System in the sandbox part is missing

thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.

Can you please specify what exactly is wrong on your side? Screenshot and/or video might help, as I would be able to see the problem happening on your side.

So if I am understanding the problem correctly, you wanted to start a Star system world, but instead started the Empty world (or some other?)?

From your comment, I can understand that you seems to have the Star System world missing in the Sandbox tab?

Can you please try to do these steps on your side?

• Verify your game files in Steam - right-click on Space Engineers in Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify Integrity of Game Files
• Delete SpaceEngineers.cfg file (it means your game configuration will be deleted) - you can access your SpaceEngineers.cfg by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
• Delete ShaderCache folder - same access as above
• Back up your whole Space Engineers Roaming folder and delete it

Please let me know if any of these steps worked on you side.

If not, please provide me the video/screenshots as asked above and also try to provide additional information.

When this problem started to occur to you?

It was working fine for you before?

Are there any steps to reproduce reliably on you side?
