Base on asteroid shifting
Hi, I've been playing a survival game and put in many hours. All of a sudden, my base built into an asteroid shifted. Now everything is off within my base, i.e., walls aligned to the asteroid are not aligned anymore, conveyors are now inside the asteroid, and there are huge gaps in all parts of the base. I tried exiting the game without saving, but unfortunately, when I resumed the game, it was auto-saved after the fact. My base isn't aligned with the asteroid, which is how I built it. I highly doubt anything can be done, and I don't really feel like going back to old saves, as my last saved game was a couple of days ago. The convert to ship/station is grayed out when I check from my base. Is there anything that can be done, or have I lost everything?

Hello, Engineer!
Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry to hear about the issue.
Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done to reverse this directly. However, if you're an admin or playing in single-player, you can enable creative tools from the admin screen. From there, you can cut the entire grid (using Ctrl+X) and paste it back onto the asteroid, better aligned. All items should be copied into the blueprint if you're using creative tools.
Alternatively, you can delete the asteroid or adjust it using the Voxel Hands tool. You could also try copying and pasting the grid elsewhere, the items will be copied into the blueprint as mentioned earlier.
We recommend saving your game before attempting any of these actions, and disabling autosave until you've successfully copied or adjusted the base.
Please let us know if this helped or if we can help you in any other way.
Kind regard,
