New Cockpit
Won't Fix
I am having a problem with getting the new cockpit from the newest dlc. I tried multiple times to get the new cockpit from the contacts update. i have subscribed multiple times to it and got the email even and still havent got it in game. I am on PC/Steam also. I definitely know the way that they said to do it from the live stream when the dlc came out. i have had the game for years and years like before the first line of update symbols and i own every dlc now too and have about 2000 hours of actual game time on it. so who ever see this can you look into this for me please. thank you for your time and have a nice day.

Thank you for writing to us, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you’re experiencing.
Could you please try deleting the game’s configuration (.cfg) file?
Please note that this will also reset your game settings.
Afterward, re-launch the game and re-subscribe to the newsletter. You should then be able to see and use the flush cockpit without any issues.
