Display on custom turret block does not persist on DS.

Environment: US SERVER #9 DS
Hello, Keen Software House. the displays on the custom turret block do not save. This bug only occurs on a dedicated server. To reproduce the bug, first set the displays on the custom turret to Apps. Then reconnect to the world. And to finish off, only the first two LCD panels are persisted.
