No Trader, Miner, or Builder Stations since contact update
Won't Fix
Playing Vanilla (multiple New System starts to test) solo survival. Since the Contact update the only trade stations that exist are Military.
Economy, Contracts, Cargo Ships, enabled in customization menu.
In checking the sandbox file the factions list includes pirates, factorum, unknown then 7 different Militray factions.
Is this an intentional change or is there a menu selection missing or modified with the latest update?
Hello, Engineer!
Thank you for reaching out to us with this problem.
The default settings should distribute the faction type, so there should be traders, miners and builders stations as well as the military ones. Unfortunately, we weren't able to reproduce the issue as new Star System worlds should have this setup.
There might be an issue with some setup when the world is created on your side. You can try some of our general advices to repair it.
If that won't help, could you please share a save file and game logs with a world where you encountered this issue?
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves. Please zip the file and attach it here. The log file are in the \Roaming\SpaceEngineers folder.
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards,
Keen Software House: QA Department.
