Today I came across a bug in the game while trying to build a drone factory with automated launch system.
My projector is located on a rotor (because it is a small grid drone) and the rotor is mounted on the launch piston. The drone has a pair of merge blocks that form the connection point to the projector. That way I tried to automatically disconnect the drone from the projector using an action relay that deactivates the merge block and sets the drone free. Everything pretty much works fine but when the merge block deactivates there is a message coming up saying "Can not find blueprint". This error message can not be confirmed or dismissed, Esc is not working and the game can only be closed with Alt-F4.
One of the 2 merge blocks stays on the projector after launch. I was hoping that the projector would be able to project the blueprint after the launch so the factory immediately starts assembling the next drone.
I will try a different approach the next time and maybe locate one of the merge blocks on the same grid as the projector and only print the other merge block on the drone. Or maybe connectors will do the job.
Nevertheless I still think a message that cannot be confirmed and basically crashes the game is a bug the dev team might be interested to know about and maybe it can be fixed. I will attach a screenshot of the message but it is in german.
I had the same problem.

Hello,
Thank you for reporting this issue. We were able to reproduce the issue and it will be forwarded to our dev team for investigation.
We will update the thread once we have more information.

I found that if I enable Keep Blueprint, the error does not trigger.

I felt it necessary to point out that the "duplicate" status on the similar thread should've been applied to the newer of the two posts. My data was added in reply to a 24 day old thread. This one, at this point, is half as old. Thank you, though, for getting it "reported".

Can confirm this issue exists. Haven't been able to get it to happen with Keep Blueprint enabled, but it does happen pretty reliably when Keep Blueprint is disabled.

Hi Keen Team!
I have the same Bug when the projector is not setup to "Keep projection" and unmerge once the Blueprint is completed :
(no hard freeze if I enable "Keep projection", well so far)

Confirmed the bug in an unmodded save. Workaround: enable "Keep projection" on the projector.

I have the same, Haven't quite figured out what triggers it.
It happens as i turn projectors on and off after welding up a blueprint. haven't had the issue before and played since initial release, but it's also been a while since i used projectors in a survival setting.

This continues to be a persistent issue with a variety of PMW and printer setups, this is the most show-stopping bug I've experienced in years.
