Bug with NPC encounters
Won't Fix
After the latest patch, which fixed the functionality of the wind generators, I stopped meeting enemies. Creating a new world does not help - at some point all the enemies simply stop spawning, even if you set encounters very often when creating the world. I disabled all the mods - the same problem, only prototechs from the latest update respawn on the map. I'm playing in a star system.

Thank you for reporting the issue. We were unfortunately not able to reproduce the issue.
Could you please verify that the issue persists even after increasing Pirate PCU? That's the most common reason for various encounters not spawning.

Thank you for the update. We noticed that there is still one mod attached to the world and after disabling the mod, NPC grids began to spawn in the world.
Could you please try disabling the '[EEM] Exploration Enhancement Mod' and then test it again, or attempt it in a new world without any mods?
