After last hotfix Wind Turbines not rotate, not produce power.

Hi, on the EOS EU #1 Official server, after last hotfix from 24.10.2024 18:30,
Wind turbines not rotate and not produce power, only one on grid.
I try grind down, and build again, not help. Grid is static, in ground.
I try build Wind turbine on another place on the base, and turbine dont rotate and not produce power.
Before hotfix it was work.
