Recent Hot Fix Broke the game wind Turbine issue.

All turbines stopped working not making any power. only 1 turbine per grid is working. if I add another does not work at all.
Also, y'all broke another thing, the Exhaust stopped working too.
It happens right after a recent hotfix I hear many players complaining about it. Sup?
