I had access to the flush cockpit yesterday evening but today it says I am missing the Dlc; I've tried resubscribing to the newsletter and nothing happens.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues.
Can you please try to re-subscribe once more, please?
After that, please try to wait a bit, so the request can go through and try to restart the game.
You can also try to delete your configuration file of the game. That would also need your to subscribe anew to Newsletter.
You can access this file by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers. Once there, please locate the "SpaceEngineers.cfg." file and delete it. It also means that your game configuration/settings will be deleted.
If you re-subscribe after this, you should be able to see and use the flush cockpit again without any troubles.
