The DLC Wind Turbine has an activation sound glitch that sounds buggy and keeps on repeating.

Can you please explain more? What issue exactly are you referring to, please?
I have tried in Arcade and Realistic sound settings, but the Twin-blade wind turbine (as I understand you are speaking about this one), sounds normal to me.
There is the activation sound when turning On/Off, sound from the spinning rotors, and light humming all over the block's body.
It would be best if you can record a video showing this problem on your side, as explaining sound with text might get a bit confusing.
Any other piece of information that you can share with me to explain more would be great!
