Round Window/Round Window inv look the same

- What we are seeing: These screenshots show Round Window and Round Window Inverted next to each other.
- What we were expecting: We expected that one of them would have the tint on the inside. Instead, they look the same (perhaps with a pixel difference in hitbox).
