Interaction lag occurring when in local server

After the Contact update, starting a locally hosted server provides severe interaction lag to any players that are in the server apart from the host. The lag surprisingly does not affect movement, but leads to a 3-8 second delay when using any form of interaction. These include: entering/exiting cockpits, selecting blocks on the toolbar, welding/grinding/drilling, toggling parking brakes/power/lights/helmet, and similar interactions. It is not an internet issue as all members involved were receiving greater than 100 mb/s during the lag. This has made the game unplayable for the time being, so please take a look at what might be causing this lag. I can provide more info if required.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to reproduce the issue. Could you please share additional information with us? Is this issue happening all the time and immediately when a player connects to the local server? Are you using any mods?
Could you also please share your logs and save file? You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers. Save files can be accesses via the same route in \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves. Please zip the file and attach it here.
