Planetary Encounters not Spawning

Hello! I am having a problem on my private online survival game on steam. Ever since I started the save, there has been no planetary encounters. (Recent patch on 10/18/2024 has not changed this) I went into the Sandbox_config.sbc folder and modified the frequency of the encounters from a minimum of 15 minutes to a minimum of 10 minutes. I also changed the maximum from 30 minutes to 20 minutes. As soon as i spawned in after doing this, a planetary encounter spawned I believe. I did not go over to it and within 10 minutes it disappeared. It has been over 30 minutes and another one has not spawned yet.

Ok it is something within Build Vision 3.0 or Build Info mods. As soon as they are added into the game it stopped spawning in Planetary Encounters. Has nothing to do with adding multiple mods at once. Just one or both of those specific mods. Removing the mods afterwards does not fix the issue. A new save had to be made to fix the spawning issue.
