game hangs while loading server player list
Won't Fix
sometime when trying to join official servers the join buttons are unresponsive. even though i have tested the network, and the in-game pings are fast. when i load the player list while the join button is not working, the 'loading player list' screen stays on and i have to hard reset the game from windows

unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the issue. Could you please provide us with additional info? Video of the issue and reliable steps to reproduce would be highly appreciated. Could you also attach your log files? You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
You can also try to verify your game files in Steam if that might help. To do so, right-click on Space Engineers in Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify Integrity of Game Files.
