[1.205.023] Dedicated Server unable to download any mods

I jut updated my dedicated server inmstances to the Contact update.

All of them now run into timeouts while downloading mods.

I have tested various mods, new instances, with and without steam login and even spun up local and service Instances on several PCs, all with the same result.

Launching unmodified worlds works without issues.

This eerily similar to the DS mod download issue one from a few years ago, except this time local instances face the same issue.

Any info on this?

I am happy to provide any additional logs or test ideas.

I just tried a full reinstall of the dedicated server software,

including cleaning out the AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated directory.

No dice :/

Manually forcing an update check did download an update, but lead to no change
