Economy block UIs do not scale properly at high resolutions

Ran into an issue when running the game at high resolutions (specifically on wide screen monitors). Using either 7680x2160 or 5120x1440 Dual 16:9 options, I get interfaces like the attached screenshots. I can lower the resolution to any other 3840x2160 (or below) and the UI shows up like normal. Any input fields (such as the ATM amount field) also don't seem to be interactable when in the higher res settings.
Currently on the Contact update (1.205) on PC (no mods)
