Can't load blueprints on new saves

Hi, so if I make a new world it wont load certain blueprints I've done it with empty world with no mods on but on an old world they load in perfectly fine idk what's going on here like I deleted and reinstalled space engineers and the problem persist, I looked around and I didn't find anything useful. also I don't have the cloud on as far as I know.
I forgot to mention that I play with mods but usually I can load the blueprints in a vanilla save with out any problem they just don't load the modded block but this problem happens with modded and not modded

We fixed a similar issue in our Hotfix 1.205.024 b2 update. Could you please confirm whether the issue is still occurring in the current game version, or has it been resolved? If the issue is resolved, we will proceed with closing this thread. If not, please share the affected blueprint and the log file from when the issue occurred.
