Exit cockpit and slide all over the place (Lost Colony)

This bug might have been fun the first time, but 10+x when exiting the chair/cockpit till I replaced it with a normal cockpit was very aggravating (while trying to play), I thought about cutting it out of my video and did most of them, but when it hit the 10th time I said F this and left the rest in, just to show what was going on and that it was very repeatable; shame I couldn't have posted this issue before the announcement of the upcoming update; but I have been told "in the past" that I have the patience of a saint. (I do admit that I have been bottling a lot for the last 10 years (since my last explosion/release of pressure) and have yet to find a game/activity where I can safely release all of it, to the point that I'm adding the aggravation of Game Development and learning how to code to it).

We are already aware of this issue, as it has been reported earlier in this thread.
This issue typically occurs in worlds or scenarios where the Jetpack is disabled by default, such as Lost Colony or Scrap Race. As a workaround, you can try reloading the world or rejoining the server. This usually resolves the issue.
We are working on a resolution, and it will possibly be fixed in the next update. In the meantime, we kindly request you to keep an eye on the mentioned thread for any new information, comments, and possible fixes.
We will be closing this thread as a 'Duplicate' for now as we can only keep one thread open with the same issues.
