Power consumption of DLC"Console Module LCD"

LCDs -> 60W
Cockpits -> 3kW
Console Module LCD -> 3kW
It's possible that I don't understand the functionality,
but I think it should be around 200W if it's just 3 LCD panels and a chair.
Other LCD blocks have a "Toggle block"Setting,
but "Console Module LCD" does not.
In addition, there is no cockpit function.
