Claimed Grid and Reputation Loss
So I haven't played in a while and im back in space from an Earth like start. Found my second MAYDAY from SPRAT and have hacked some parts (lost rep as expected).
Not sure when the feature was added to claim a grid but the idea is cool. Helps make sure it doesn't de-spawn and i can make a few trips to my base to off load stuff. And not too overpowered to automatically give me access to everything(i still have to hack the blocks).
The issue I have is that once a grid is claimed, I go to grind something but still lose rep. I have even hacked a door, built it all the way up again to claim the grid, and then used the grinder on the same door to get rid of the door and lost rep on the first grind and then again after i claimed the grid.
Seems like a bug to me.

We can confirm that this behavior is as intended. Claim button is intended to transfer the grid's PCUs to you. You still need to hack the blocks to transfer the Ownership. And reputation changes are based on the grid's majority ownership instead of specific blocks. For example, if you had placed a new block onto the same grid and grinded it down, it'd also affect your reputation with the grid's major owner's faction. This behavior was not changed in update 204.
If you'd like to see this behavior changed, please submit a Feedback ticket instead.
