thank you for reaching our forum and letting us know about this.
As you can see, we are already aware of the part of this problem with the rotor head and hinge body:

However, we were not aware of the same(-ish) problem happening also the other way around.
I have successfully reproduce and reported internally the part about the hinge part getting connected to the rotor body.
