Pressurisation issues (possibly caused by 1x2 slope panel/windows)

I'm having pressurisation issues. Possibly caused by a 1x2 sloped panel (base/tip doesn't matter) in front of the vent. If I replace with flat panels, it works better, although not in the cockpit which uses 1x2 windows.
Did this stuff change with Signals?
