thank you for reaching our forum with the problem that you are experiencing.
Can you please provide me more information?
What exactly is happening on your side? The game is not starting at all (no change on the Steam "Play" button)? Or it initiates to start and then it crash/won't start?
Please try our general workarounds that helps most of the people to solve most of the problems with the game. These are:
Please let me know after you perform these steps, if anything gets better on your side – partially or completely.
In your log you provided, I can see that you are using Windows 11 version. Did you maybe switch just recently? Or your very able to play the game on Win 11 as well?
Can you maybe also share more information on "it was working fine before" altogether, please? When exactly was that; how long ago? What game version? Was is through same Steam account? On the very same machine and same Windows user? Please try to share all possible changes that happened from last time it was working for you regarding your PC – both HW and SW.
You might also want to try and delete the "skipintro" command that you are using in the launch option of the game, just to see if the game won't start when completely installed anew without any changes to the files/content.
And last but not least, I have searched for same/similar errors in the logs from the past and actually found this thread:

This player seems to suffer with the same problem as you are describing. If nothing from the general workarounds won't help you, you might also want to try the approach the player had and described there. It eventually fixed the problem with his system, not with the game itself.
