Hello, engineer!

Thank you for writing to us.

Could you kindly share further information concerning this issue?

It seems you're having this issue on a modded server (with active MODs/Scripts). If so, could you please check if the issue persists on a vanilla world (one without active MODs/Scripts)?

If the issue doesn't occur in the vanilla world, it is likely caused by the MODs/Scripts active on the server. Please note that we don't and cannot provide support for MODs/Scripts, as there are thousands of them out there, and it is the MOD/Script creators' responsibility to keep their MODs/Scripts compatible with the latest version of the game.

However, if the issue occurs in the vanilla world as well, please send us a screen recording/video showing the issue, the vanilla world save file or blueprint of the ship, and the log from the time the game crashed due to this issue.

  • You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
  • Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
  • You can access your blueprints files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints. Select the correct folder where your blueprint is saved (local or cloud), zip the file and attach it here.
  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

Kind Regards,
