Cannot add back wheels which self-collide with the parent grid

Hello,

I've encountered an issue with the wheels on grids which makes impractical to build and repair tank-like vehicles. Given grids which have blocks built around wheels (say armor covering them) - if the wheel gets destroyed - it is impossible to add it back - clicking the "Add wheel" button in the terminal shows an error "wheel cannot be added", even if the vehicle is lifted in the air to not collide with anything.

Please see the grid examples here:

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3272923020

(these are not my creations - I found it as a "wreck" in Survival gameplay).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch a Survival game.

2. Enable "Creative tools" in Alt+F10 menu.

3. Open the blueprints and try to spawn any blueprint above.

4. In the spawned vehicle, open the terminal, find the suspension with the missing wheel and click the "Add wheel" button.

Actual results:

- The wheel is not added.

Expected results:

- An unwelded wheel should be added.

Note that the wheels spawn just fine if they are part of the original blueprint, but cannot be repaired if destroyed. I believe it has something to do with the collision box of the rotated wheel colliding with the vehicle hull. Also sometimes such wheels may disappear on save reload or when going far from the grid and returning back (15km+).

Let me know if you need any additional information.

Kind regards,

Artiom
