Minor UI Bug: Information missing

Hi Keen,
Minor bug report: In the new UI, there seems to be typographical error when starting a new Star System game. Specifically, when creating this new world, the tooltip for the auto-heal setting says "It heals up to %" with the number missing. See attached screenshot.
Steps to recreate, create a new world on the Star System sandbox scenario and hover over the Auto-Heal setting.
