Hello, Adam!

Thank you for writing to us.

Could you kindly provide further information concerning this issue?

Did this issue start to occur recently, perhaps after a recent game or OS update, or has it been present from the beginning?

Does this issue occur with other games running through Steam on your PC, or is it specific to Space Engineers (SE) only?

Could you please check if you have any third-party software running in the background or a VPN active on your device that could be causing this internet issue? Kindly close or disable these programs or VPN and check if the issue persists when playing SE.

If the issue still occurs, please go to your PC's Device Manager > Network Adapters, right-click on the adapters from the list, and click on Properties > Driver > Update Driver. Once the drivers are updated, restart your PC if prompted. Additionally, temporarily disable your antivirus software. Then launch the game and check if the issue persists.

Please let us know if any of these workarounds resolve your issue.

Kind Regards,

Hello, Adam!

Just to confirm, is this issue occurring with your other games as well? If so, the issue might not be related specifically to Space Engineers and could be due to some issues on your device that are also affecting the other games.

Third-party software includes any applications that might manipulate or interfere with your network drivers or the network itself.

Please also try temporarily disabling your antivirus software to see if that resolves the issue.

Kind Regards,
