Grids small enough and fast enough can pass through other grids.

If you are grinding down a small grid in a grinding pit that has a cover (to stop bits flying out)

as the grid your grinding loses mass it picks up more speed from the interaction with the grinding wheels and eventually gets light enough and fast enough that it can pass through the grinding pit cover and get stuck inside the cover blocks.

I wanted to include a video with this post however my file sizes are too large for your servers.

However instead (or as well as depending on how long it takes to upload), I will provide step by step instructions on how to produce this bug.

  1. Download this https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3173749547
  2. Paste a grid inside the trash can (I like to use one of the containers that falls from the sky, container MK16 & 17 work well as they have lots of small parts that like to come flying off.
  3. Watch as the grid loses mass, and bounces higher and higher sometimes hitting the cover and falling back down.
  4. Watch as the final block bounces with such speed and force it ends up inside the cover or sometimes passes right through and ends up outside the bin.
