Steam inventory not available...

Hello,
Recently, I encountered a bug where I was unable to access my steam space engineer inventory. Resulting in the inability to use armor skin and such... I completely removed steam and reinstalled it as well as space engineer itself. I have really no clue how to fix it and hope you may find an answer to my problem. I also noticed that all my steam inventories have that bug, so it might be a problem with steam itself but I figured you might know something of use.

thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.
Can I ask you if it is still happening to you? Or was it only some mishap on Steam side that was already patched properly?
Can you please try to restart Steam (even try to log-out and log back in), try to switch to and from Steam offline mode, make sure you have you PC properly connected on the internet, it is working and you are not playing the game in Offline mode.
If you would be still experiencing this problem, can you please share me a log file so I can try to investigate there?
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
