Vanilla Sorters allowing reverse flow

After Signal Update, the vanilla sorters seem to have the ability to allow reverse flow of any material.
A friend and I are setting up a Sorter controlled inventory management system, with dedicated ore refineries. The sorters are allowing all ores to enter any refinery. Splitting the ores via whitelist and even blacklist does nothing.
I have the same bug
