Conveyor Sorters not sorting as intended

Hi I have done a vanilla ore sorting system using the industrial conveyors going to specific refineries.

All the refinery sorters are set to pull only the a specific ore and scrap metal but they are all pulling everything.

There is no loop back to the system for them to pull the ore from another direction as I have a sorter pulling all ingots out from the refinery's.

This has only started happening since the recent signal update.
