Bug Report.. Cnnveyor Tubes show red but work fine

Hello, I was instructed to submit this as a Bug Report..

I've got several issues going on. On Keen NA #5. I got the new update and I got the Signal DLC. I logged into NA #5, I got kicked outta my safe zone. I remoted into it and fixed it. it seems it lost all settings. I went to go mine some ore and all my hot bar shortcuts diapered. I started fixing them and all of a sudden they all came back. That was odd. Now my conveyor tube lights are red, you would think they or another block was damaged, but nope everything is working fine. Also I have a gravity Gen and a sorter grouped together, I've got the group on my hot bar set for on/off. Both will turn on but only the sorter will turn off when I use a event controller to turn it off, when I lock with my right side connector.

Ok now the server restarted. the Conveyor Tubes are Green again. lol

It says solved, but I don't see how? if it wasn't a bug it wouldn't have happened in the first place..

Regarding your query, unfortunately, sometimes such situations are caused by a desynch between server and client. When this happens, the server needs to be restarted, or a grid needs to be re-pasted.
