temporary container unable to remove ingots under <0.01

This is something that pops up from time to time. I get some tiny amount of an ingot in a container and cant remove it as it is <0.01

This is a problem with temporary containers. I cant get the last bit out so I am stuck with a floating temp container in the way. i have to randomly drop ores into the container hoping to get some other fractional amount so it can be moved. but I cant drag amounts into the temp container so its stuck

We tried to reproduce this issue on our side, and we were able to transfer/remove <0.01 amount of ingot from the temporary container.

Could you kindly share some more information concerning this issue?

Did you experience this issue in a modded world/server (has active MODs/Scripts)? If so, kindly create a new vanilla world (has no active MODs/Scripts) and check if the issue persists over there as well.

If it does, please send us a screen recording/video showing the issue, the Vanilla World save file, and the log from the time this issue occurred.

You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a Google Drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

it was on Keen NA 1. no special mods. just grinded down a reactor and had that issue with the temp container.

Sadly it is common enough that I recognize those <0.01 ingots that get stuck in various block inventories but never sure about why it happens or even how to reproduce it.

I've done a ton of testing on personal computer and haven't found a way to replicate the amount that didn't get moved. since it was on a server there isn't a save I can point to that gets the same result.

Had this issue few times - but on DS'es with mods. I will look for it - and maybe do some tests. Only solution is to grind container (and without grinding animation - it's not satisfying :( )

It looks like some rounding error.

You take few grams of some of our precious resources for yourself - totaly understable ;P

This happens a lot to me. It is a particular problem with uranium if I forget to empty a reactor before grinding it. Since they stop block placement, they can be an enormous hassle if they fall into a nook during a build / engineering process.

i did figure out that i can use the grinder on the bag and it will remove it
