Medical bays set to share with all dont work

Hosting a dedicated server Lobby medbays are set to share with all. Players are unable to see them.

That was earlier today this is not the same issue. My lobby is protected with ALE its not SZ

Is there also some Safe zone block on the affected grids (and thus same and the shared thread there)? Or do you have some other steps to reproduce leading to this issue to happen?

If yes, please try to share as much information as possible including full steps to reproduce, logs from the server (and from client as well if possible), and ideally also the affected game so we can investigate it on our side as well.

For logs:

You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

For save:

You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.

Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.

If you can share additional information like when this started to happen (e.g. on what version since you wrote that it was before the update), are there any mods included on the server etc... that might help as well?
